Poolse vriend

Mijn tekst staat cursief.

I have not got it because our firewall in Cracow lets us get no relevant
messages (only spam). (Funny I decided to write to You the very moment You
did).
2. I am in Erlangen and it is unclear whether I will be here next year.
(there is money and I want to but whether "they" will let me is another
question)

> > I am computing some horrible stuff and listening to string quartets.

You lucky guy. I have to pay for a house which is less pleasant then
listening to it being built.

you are a spoilt westerner.

yes I do. Though GOK when. The more I work the more I have to do.

I do not ask whether You did "trick her"
"Ein Ritter geniesst und schweigt".

I would not be so sure. Polish girls are unpredictable...
(never marry one)

> I turned 25 last week ... does that mean I'm old? ...
Yes.

> then you must
> be, like, older?

No, its not a function of age only. The richer You are the older You are
and the more attractive women You get.

> The love of my life and I are currently not seeing
> each other,

lucky you. if she is with you longer then one year then she cannot be the
love of your life.

no comments. I am about to complete two papers based on the principle
"all you ever wanted to know about X but were afraid to submit"
so I am not enthusiastic about writing papers but as long as I do not get
my habilitationschrift I feel compelled do destroy forests

> Best, and hope to see you soon! Rogier

Frankly speaking I am completely fed up with my life. The only positive
thing (apart from geometry and gewandhausquartett) is my son - he lives
in poland but I spent the whole easter with him and he is incredible
(which means everybody finds him horrible, but I do not)
hope to hear from you soon
slawek
ps I just got your mail to my polish address - very strange...
